1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website.
6. Courier Partners We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart to ensure safe and timely delivery.
7. Delayed Shipments In case of unexpected delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly. Zinerals is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
8. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order. Zinerals is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
